An International Roaming Pack is active on all new connections, only charged when landing in a roaming location, with no set-up needed before travelling. Contact us to remove or change the roaming pack. No casual-rate roaming charges apply in countries not included in the roaming pack.
Business Basic (2GB capped plan): no casual data overage is allowed after 2GB usage. A data add-on must be purchased to keep using data.
We recommend upgrading your plan instead of using data add-ons; you can change your plan at no cost every month.
The International Roaming Pack renews automatically up to 3 times within a billing period. Roaming packs activate and charge on landing.
When users roam, an International Roaming Pack ($25 for up to 14 days) is applied automatically by default on arrival in a new country, with no setup required. Once applied, it auto-renews up to two additional times in the same billing period if data or calls are used up (a maximum of three packs per billing period), keeping users connected while avoiding high casual roaming charges.
If a user prefers an Australia Daily Roaming Pack ($7 per day) as their default, they must let us know before they roam. Note: users with the Australia Daily Roaming Pack active won't have access to roaming features in other countries.
The countries & territories below are covered within our International Roaming Pack. Please contact us if you intend to roam in destinations not listed. Casual roaming is turned off by default to avoid bill shock.
All calls are charged per second with a minimum charge of 1 minute per call. International TXT are charged per 140 characters. Subject to change without notice.
